Common questions
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order ships, usually within 24-48 hours of placing it. You can also see every order any time from your account's order history.
My tracking link isn't updating
Courier scans can take a few hours to reflect, especially right after pickup or over a weekend. If it hasn't moved in 2 days, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Message us on WhatsApp right away with your order number and the corrected address.
What if my order is delayed?
Most orders arrive within the estimated window shown at checkout. Festive season and remote pincodes can add a couple of extra days. If you're past the estimate, ping us on WhatsApp and we'll look into it immediately.
